Mario offers incredibly friendly service.
Unfortunately, my stay at the guesthouse had some drawbacks. The shower in my unit was quite cramped, making it challenging to wash my hair comfortably. the room lacked windows, resulting in a somewhat gloomy atmosphere, especially during my longer stay. While Mario's intentions were good in providing thoughtful touches, the discomfort of no natural light made the experience less enjoyable.

Perfect spot for exploring Florence!
Had a fab 5 nights with my family. The location was the best, just a short walk to all the famous sights. We loved the local bakery nearby, Panificio Pasticcera Top, for fresh croissants every morning! One little hiccup was the limited seating in the breakfast area, but it didn't ruin our fun. Mario was super friendly and helpful too!

mario is such an amazin host! he really made us feel welcome and was super helpful with everythin. the location is just perfect, only a short walk to all the sights and right by cool cafes. the double or twin room we stayed in was clean and comfy with plenty of storage space. we even got complimentary coffee pods and water which was a nice lil touch.
the pillows were a bit too firm for me personally and there wasn't much of a view from the room.
